Add
fbz::Reader, a boundedstd::io::Readimplementation for parallel bzip2 and gzip decoding. It auto-detects formats, transfers decoder-owned chunks without an intermediate copy, propagates late validation failures throughread(), and cancels and joins workers on early drop.Share the owned-chunk pipe with streaming tar extraction. Emit bzip2’s first validated block before the cancellable parallel scan and reuse it during ordered assembly.
Add correctness, lifecycle, packaging, and single-run performance coverage. Prepare crates.io trusted publishing and publish only platform wheels—not a Python sdist—to PyPI.
